What comes in the box
- 1 × Netfizz ONT (white rectangular box)
- 1 × Wi-Fi router (your model depends on your plan)
- 1 × Ethernet patch cable (yellow)
- 2 × Power adapters
Step-by-step setup
- Place the ONT near the fiber cable entry point on your wall. Do not block the ventilation slots.
- Connect the fiber cable (thin yellow/orange cable from the wall) into the port labelled PON or SC/APC on the ONT.
- Power on the ONT and wait for the PON light to turn solid green (2–5 minutes).
- Connect the yellow ethernet cable from the LAN1 port on the ONT into the WAN port on your Wi-Fi router.
- Power on the router and wait for it to boot (about 90 seconds).
- Connect to the Wi-Fi network — the default name and password are on the sticker on the bottom of your router.
- Open a browser and visit fast.com to verify your connection.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. If the fiber cable is already installed in your home, you can self-install the router by following this guide. Call us if any light does not turn green.
A slowly blinking green PON light means the ONT is registering with our network. This is normal during initial setup and should turn solid within 5 minutes.
