How to change your plan
- Open the Netfizz app and go to My Plan → Change Plan
- Browse the available plans and tap Switch to this Plan
- Review the pro-rata cost adjustment and confirm
- Your speed is updated within 2 hours — no restart or technician needed
What happens to your current billing cycle?
We calculate the unused days on your current plan and apply a pro-rata credit. The new plan charge, minus that credit, is billed immediately. Your next full monthly bill will be at the new plan rate.
Example
You are on Family Fiber (₹799/mo) and switch to Gigabit Pro (₹1,299/mo) on day 15 of a 30-day cycle.
- Credit for unused 15 days of Family Fiber: ₹399.50
- Charge for remaining 15 days of Gigabit Pro: ₹649.50
- Amount charged today: ₹250
Is there a fee for changing plans?
No. You can switch plans as often as you like with no change fee. Downgrading also carries no penalty.
