How to reset your Netfizz account password
Forgot your password or want to change it for security? Reset it in under a minute using your registered mobile number or email.

Reset via the app
- Open the Netfizz app and tap Sign In
- Tap Forgot Password? below the login button
- Enter your registered mobile number or email address
- Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number
- Create a new password and confirm
Reset via the web portal
- Go to my.netfizz.in
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter your email address and click Send Reset Link
- Click the link in the email (valid for 30 minutes)
- Set your new password
Password requirements
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character (e.g. !, @, #)
Did not receive the OTP or email?
Check your spam or Promotions folder. If you still do not receive it after 2 minutes, call 1800-123-4567 and we will verify your identity and reset access manually.
